Description:

BreakFree is an application designed to assist individuals in gaining control over their phone usage through a combination of group and solo challenges, app blocking features, and rewards. Users can utilize the app to create a Focus Session, allowing them to block specific distracting apps for a designated period, or opt for a Mindful Day Session which imposes app restrictions for the entire day, with occasional brief unlock periods.

Creating Sessions

<ul>
<li>There are two distinct session types: Focus Sessions and Mindful Day Sessions, adaptable for individual or group participation with a maximum group size of 10.</li>
<li>Focus Sessions enable users to eliminate distractions during particular timeframes, such as work hours, study periods, or social engagements.</li>
</ul>

How BreakCoins Operate

<ul>
<li>Successful completion of challenges rewards users with BreakCoins proportional to the challenge difficulty level, with higher difficulty challenges offering greater rewards. BreakCoins are distributed upon challenge completion.</li>
</ul>

Taking a Break / Forfeiting a Challenge

<ul>
<li>Challenges' parameters cannot be altered once initiated. Taking breaks during a Focus Challenge is not permitted, though Day Limit challenges allow for this functionality.</li>
<li>The "forfeit" option terminates challenges prematurely.</li>
</ul>

Redeeming BreakCoins

<ul>
<li>Accumulated BreakCoins can be exchanged for discounts, vouchers, and other products from businesses available on the BreakFree marketplace.</li>
</ul>

Apple Screen Time (Disclaimer)

<ul>
<li>To utilize BreakFree, users must activate Apple's "Screen Time" feature and grant BreakFree access to relevant Screen Time data within device settings.</li>
</ul>
